SwiftPAT1. Promoter
The promoter is TBN Electrical, trading as SwiftPAT.
2. Promotion period
The promotion opens on 17 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 16 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must comment on the official SwiftPAT giveaway Facebook post and answer both of the following questions:
- What software or method do you currently use to manage your test & tag records?
- What's one thing you'd love to make faster, easier or less frustrating about your test & tag process?
Both questions must be answered for an entry to be valid.
Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary. Sharing the post and following the SwiftPAT Facebook page are encouraged but not required.
5. Prizes
Five winners will each receive one 12-month SwiftPAT Pro subscription.
Total prize pool value: AUD $349.95.
Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be redeemed for any other product or service.
6. Judging and winner selection
This is a game of skill. Winners will be selected by the promoter based on the quality, thoughtfulness and usefulness of their answers.
Entries will be assessed individually against the same judging criteria:
- Relevance to electrical test & tag work.
- Thoughtfulness and detail of the response.
- Usefulness of the feedback and ideas provided.
The five entries judged to be the best overall will receive a prize. The promoter's decision is final.
No element of chance will be involved in selecting the winners.
7. Winner announcement and notification
Five winners will be announced on Saturday 21 November 2026 on the SwiftPAT Facebook page.
Winners will also be contacted via Facebook using the account they entered with.
Winners must respond within seven days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-scoring eligible entry.
8. Privacy
Information provided through giveaway entries will be used to administer the promotion, contact winners and help the promoter understand customer needs and improve SwiftPAT.
Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
9. General conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading or otherwise breach these terms.
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility in connection with this promotion. Facebook is not responsible for the promotion or its administration.
