SwiftPATSwiftPAT does not send your records to TimTech Studios or store them on our servers. The SwiftPAT mobile app stores client, site, appliance, test and photo data on your own device. We cannot view or retrieve those records.

This policy covers the SwiftPAT mobile app for Android, SwiftPAT Desktop for Windows, and this website, all published by TimTech Studios.
Information we collect
TimTech Studios does not receive the information you enter in SwiftPAT. The app does not send your records to us. SwiftPAT does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising or in-app tracking. There is no user account or sign-up process.
Information you enter, and where it lives
To do its job, SwiftPAT stores what you enter: client names, site and location names, appliance descriptions, test results, readings, notes, photos, dates, and the name of the person who carried out the test. It also stores your business details and logo for tags and reports.
This information is stored in the app on your device and is not uploaded to us. If you uninstall the app without exporting your records first, the data is deleted. We do not keep a copy.
Permissions, and why each one is needed
- Camera: scanning the QR code on a tag, and taking photos you choose to attach to a test. QR recognition happens on the device. Photos are stored only in the client's record on your device.
- Bluetooth: connecting to your label printer, and syncing with SwiftPAT Desktop. Bluetooth is never used to work out your location.
- Wi-Fi: finding SwiftPAT Desktop on your own network when syncing. Records go directly between your devices, never over the internet to us.
- Notifications: due reminders, if you turn them on.
- Photos and media: picking a logo image for tags and reports.
SwiftPAT does not ask for your location.
Sharing and exporting
SwiftPAT creates PDF and Excel reports and exports client files when you choose to do so. You decide where those files are sent. Once shared, the receiving service's privacy policy applies. Reports may contain client information, so handle them with the same care as other compliance records.
Purchases
SwiftPAT Pro is a subscription bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your payment details. The app only receives confirmation from Google that Pro is active. Google's handling of the transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
This website
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. It stores your currency preference in your browser so prices can be shown in the currency you selected. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process your approximate country to display local pricing and may retain standard server logs for security. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
Children
SwiftPAT is a professional tool for people who test and tag electrical equipment. It is not directed at children.
Your rights
We do not hold your in-app records, so we cannot provide or change them for you. You can manage, export or delete those records from your device.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of SwiftPAT changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date above will change.
